Kattwood Consulting
To help you deliver valuable products and services, move to a more sustainable, iterative and collaborative culture and shift away from any dysfunctional organisational or legacy systems and practices.
- Business analysis, product management and ownership at all stages of the development lifecycle or as part of larger strategic or structural transformations. Asking the right questions so the focus is on the right priorities and impacts - bringing challenge and clarity when it's needed.
- Interim cover for product ownership, management or business analysis people gaps and support to shape permanent roles and teams. Supporting your current structure or to bring together multi-disciplinary people.
- Review delivery across products and projects and work with teams to develop, and test new approaches. Looking across silos, making visible what's important and helping people get out of that rut.
I have experience of working with a broad range of clients to create large scale change to fulfil Government and business, employee and customer needs - whether in developing new products, ways of working or operationally managing live services and suppliers.
I’m open, politically and commercially astute with a strong sense of empathy and integrity which enables me to build trusted and inclusive relationships whilst connecting strategic and operational solutions, drivers and risks.
Beyond client work, I’ve supported and hosted digital meetups, communities of practice and training sessions focused on agile principles and practices and women in technology. I also take on smaller contracts to help organisations transition from legacy, project-based or waterfall approaches to more iterative ways of delivering value.
This can include:
Developing new products, improving your current set or how they are managed.
Reviewing an organisation's practices, principles and processes.
Asking difficult questions across product visions, strategy or projects with a kind and critical eye.
Delivering training and support to organisations moving to be more agile in their culture and behaviour.
Creating more open environments where people can collaborate, learn, find joy and create more value for your organisation.
