Covering a broad scope across the lifecycle of a product, service, strategy or structure - I love working through tangled legacy systems and structures, knotty processes or growing something new. I work best supporting organisations shifting to more adaptive and collaborative ways of working or where there’s misalignment between strategy, delivery, culture or practice.

My outputs may be digital but my roots are in people. 

My work is grounded in compassion and commitment - not unacknowledged quick fixes, hidden technical debt or unsustainable team practices. To build towards outcomes your organisation needs whilst focusing on individuals and teams - including the humans who use your products and services. 

What I can do

I provide product management or business analysis services across many areas - for example, strategic change, organisation reinvention, product development and retirement for wholly digital or hybrid services. There’s common threads throughout it all:  

Growing your organisation and outcome delivery. I work with and in teams often seeking to improve their outcome quality and flow of work - sometimes to retire waterfall-y ways of working. Moving toward something iterative and inclusive and, (a woman can dream), a little more joyful.
Rooting out hidden conflicts and and quietly challenging unfounded assumptions. I create spaces where people are heard, teams collaborate with improved focus and decisions are grounded in evidence and shared understanding. 
Building solid foundations. I facilitate workshops and research to answer questions (including the thorny ones), provide the right amount and type of documentation or artefacts and dig into design principles - and not just those proposed by the loudest voice.
